Dabco® EM400

Dabco® EM400 by Evonik is an emulsifier. It provides improved system phase stability along with finer cell structure. It can replace nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs) like NPE- 9, at a lower usage level.
  • It offers reduced usage level and improved reactivity stability at ambient temperature.
  • Dabco® EM400 shows improvement in the physical properties of foam.
  • It is used in water blown as well as low-density spray polyurethane foam applications.
