Carbowet® DC-11

Non-ionic wetting agent. This surfactant acts as a multifunctional, solvent-free and alkylphenol ethoxylate-free additive for pigment and substrate wetting. Exhibits excellent surface tension reduction and is used alone or in combination with an anionic surfactant. Provides rapid substrate, pigment wetting and performs in a wide range of applications. Is a clear, low odor, low viscosity, easy-to-handle at room temperature liquid that is 100% active and features excellent ease of use. It is environmentally preferable alternative to alkyl phenol ethoxylates. Carbowet DC-11 is a cost-effective, it improves freeze-thaw stability of acrylic systems and readily biodegradable. Used in architectural coatings, industrial coatings, pigment synthesis and dispersion as well as in inks.
