AEROSIL® E 812 by Evonik is a highly efficient, very easy to disperse, silica-based rheology control additive. It has high specific surface area with exceptional hydrophobicity. It offers outstanding anti-settling & anti-sagging effects and corrosion resistance. It is compatible with 2K PU and is suitable for solvent-borne, 1 pack and 2 pack coatings. It is also partly suitable for waterborne coatings. Designed for automotive clear coats, car OEM, general industrial, powder, marine and protective coatings. AEROSIL® E 812 has a shelf life of 2 years and is recommended at a dosage level of 1.0-2.0%.
