PL -907

2-Methyl-1-[4-(methylthio) phenyl]-2-morpholino propan-1-one. Acts as a type-I photoinitiator. Also used as a sensitizer with PL-ITX to enhance the curing efficiency in inks. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in water. Offers excellent through cure and good performance in pigmented systems. Used in inkjet-, flexographic-, screen-, lithographic- and dry offset printing inks. Usage level ranges from 0.3 - 5%.
