Silcolease® PC-94 by Elkem Silicones is an emulsion of dioctyl tin dilaurate. It is the catalyst component of a silicone release formulation and promotes polymerization through a polycondensation reaction. It is dilution- and shear stable. Silcolease® PC-94, when properly formulated with a release polymer emulsion, provides a thermally curable release coating for paper substrates.
