A liquid corrosion inhibitor and a cationic pigment dispersant for non-aqueous systems. Improves the corrosion resistance properties, and the stability of the pigments. Causes a slight retardation of the drying process in oxidatively drying systems. Also improves the adhesion on metallic under-coats. Used for non-aqueous systems e.g. primers and metallic under-coats.
