NUOSPERSE® FA 115

NUOSPERSE® FA 115 distributed by DKSH is wetting agent. An additive to improve the incorporation of universal tinting pastes into the base dispersion paint. When added to the white base dispersion paint, it prevents the surfactants in the tinting paste from being adsorbed onto the pigments and fillers in that dispersion paint, which causes flocculation and separation of the pigment in the universal tinting paste, resulting in improved compatibility. Works as a bridge between the dispersion paint and the universal tinting paste. Reduces color float and rub-up, improves tint reproducibility, optimizes color development. Exhibits low molecular mass, high mobility, fast adsorption onto pigment and extender surfaces. The recommended use level of NUOSPERSE® FA 115 is 0.2-0.4% calculated on total amount of dispersion paint. It has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. It is available in Spain, New Zealand, Portugal and Australia.
