DAPRO® DF 646 by Elementis is an emulsion of glycols and modified polysiloxanes. Acts as a defoamer. It is a non-explosive, off-white liquid with a slight odor. Available in Americas. Easy to incorporate and highly efficient with minimal impact on gloss and appearance properties. Especially efficient in destabilizing both macro and micro foam. Suitable for water-borne industrial and wood coatings & inks. It is in compliance with REACH, TSCA (USA), EINECS (EU), DSL (Canada), NDSL (Canada), ENCS (Japan), PICCS (Philippines), KECL (Korea), IECSC (China), AICS (Australia) and NZIoC (New Zealand) and NECSI (Taiwan). It is also regulated with ISO 9001/ ISO 9002 certificates. Typically used at 0.1-1.0% on total weight, but should be optimized by testing. has a shelf life of 2 (two) years from date of manufacture. DAPRO® DF 646 by Elementis is incompatible with oxidizing agents.
