Dapro® DF 3163

Dapro® DF 3163 by Elementis is a highly effective silicone free foam suppressor. It is used to prevent foam formation in water based coating systems. It is specially recommended against microfoam in applied coatings. It provides good storage stability, effectiveness over wide pH range, no adverse impact in coating gloss and very good resistance to cratering and fish-eyes.

• Dapro® DF 3163 can be added during either millbase or let-down phase.
• Applications include car refinishing coatings, automotive (OEM) finishes, electrodeposition primers, plastic coatings, high gloss wood finishes, waterborne architectural coatings and inorganic silicate architectural paints.
