Propylene glycol monomethyl ether. Acts as a medium-boiling glycol ether based solvent for solvent-borne coatings and inks. Used for additive for automotive paints, coatings for plastic and printing inks. Also ued for a wide variety of resins including nitrocellulose, epoxy, phenolic, acrylic, and alkyd resins.
