NeoPac™ F-3000 XP by Covestro is a texturizing agent and water-based binder based on hybrid technology. It provides high optical transparency and high rub resistance. NeoPac™ F-3000 XP offers good mechanical-, chemical properties and adhesion properties. It is developed for rough haptic effect coatings, gravure- and flexo printing. The targeted application is film coatings and overprint varnishes for paper & board. NeoPac™ F-3000 XP shelf life is 12 months.
