DOWSIL™ 402LS Additive

DOWSIL™ 402LS Additive by Dow is a high performance silicone polyether copolymer grade. Acts as a slip control, anti-blocking and flow/levelling agent. Provides good flow, leveling and slip with good recoatability in water-borne as well as radiation curable coatings. It is BTX- and VOC-free. Lowers the coefficient of friction and improves applied hiding. DOWSIL™ 402LS Additive is used for pigmented & clear coat formulations, inks, overprint varnishes and architectural-, wood- & industrial metal coatings. Compliant with legislation for food packaging inks. Recommended dosage level ranges from 0.1-1.0%.
