DOWSIL™ 33 Additive by Dow is a water-borne silicone elastomer suspension. Acts as a soft touch and matting agent with mar resistance. Provides unique surface appearance to waterborne coatings to polyurethane plastic, acrylic, and urethane wood coatings and inks. It reduces the coefficient of friction. DOWSIL™ 33 Additive is used in waterborne plastic coatings for automotive interior & electronic casing applications, and in polyacrylic & polyurethane wood varnishes. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
