DOWSIL™ 23 N Additive by Dow is a cross-linked epoxy functional silicone elastomer powder. Designed for solvent and aqueous coatings. Acts as a mattifying agent. Shows resistance to scratch, general marking, mar and abrasion. It exhibits reduced surface friction and silky smooth matte finish. DOWSIL™ 23 N Additive is used for inks, solvent- and aqueous industrial wood and other industrial coatings. Typical addition level is 1% to 15% based on coating solids.
