XIAMETER™ OFX-0190 Fluid

XIAMETER™ OFX-0190 Fluid by Dow is a 100% active, non-reactive silicone polyether copolymer. Acts as a mar resistant, slip controlling, levelling and anti-blocking agent. It is a pro-foamer for PU foam coatings. It increases gloss, reduces orange peel, offers smooth satiny feel and provides hydrophilicity of non-woven substrates. It prevents pin holing, cissing and fish eyes arising from poor wetting of contaminated or low energy substrates. It is compatible with acrylic, epoxy, nitrocellulose, polyurethane and polydimethyl-siloxane resins. XIAMETER™ OFX-0190 Fluid is suitable for polyolefin-based coverstocks, solvent-based top finishing for leather and water & solvent borne paints, inks and coatings. Typical use concentration is 0.1-1.0%.
