DOWSIL™ 8610 Additive

DOWSIL™ 8610 Additive is a low viscosity silica containing silicone. Acts as a defoamer/ anti-foaming agent. Exhibits easy dispersibility and does not show negative impact for gloss. It is highly compatible with systems containing a co-solvent. Shows good performance at low dosage over wide temperature range. Used in architectural wall coatings, acrylic styrene emulsion paint, water-borne flexo gravure inks, polyester acrylic and acrylic modified alkyd coatings. Recommended dosage level of DOWSIL™ 8610 Additive is 0.05-1%.
