METHOCEL™ F by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences is cellulose ether-based thickener, protective colloid and pigment-suspension aid in latex paints and as a thickener and suspending agent for water-based inks. Provides high enzyme resistance, film-forming properties, flexibility and ease of incorporation. Improves wet-edge retention and flow characteristics. METHOCEL™ F reduces friction between particles and facilitates grinding at high shear rates. Gives low spattering and good leveling. Avoids coalescence.
