MKC™ MS56S functions as a crosslinking agent, surface modifier and binder. It is methyl silicate origomer formed by the partial hydrolysis of tetramethoxysilane. It is a self-cleaning additive designed for contamination-resistant exterior paints for buildings. Also used in pre-coat paint for metals like coil coating and organic-inorganic hybrid coating materials. MKC™ MS56S is available in Europe, asia and North America.
