Tetraalkylammoniumethylsulphate combined with a bivalent alcohol. Because of its cationic character and the high polarity, it reduces the electrical resistance of solvents as well as their mixtures. Is compatible with most of the binders common in the paint industry. It is of high effectiveness, thus making it possible to obtain the required conductivity already with a small addition of the product. Generally there is no impact on drying and adhesion of the coating system. Used in solvent-based finishing coatings and primers to decrease the electrical resistance respective to adjust the conductivity for electrostatic spraying. Dosage: Addition of 0,2 - 1,5 % calcu-lated on total formulation is known from practice.
