Water-dispersible cobalt salt of saturated branched mixture of acids. Functions as oxidation catalyst and are used at low levels. Provides a homogeneous distribution and achieves good drying stability. Characterized by being APE-free and easily emulsifiable. Used in alkyd paints and coatings.
