DELTA SC® 2211

Organically modified polysiloxane. Is a 100% active surface control additive. Provides excellent substrate wetting and exhibits amazing anti-cratering properties. Increases surface slip, scratch resistance and anti-blocking. Does not cause any haziness in clear systems or varnishes due to its excellent compatibility with all resin systems. Improves leveling, surface smoothness, orientation of metallic pigments and matting agents. Prevents cratering, floating and flooding. Has minimal effect on inter-coat adhesion and does not stabilize foam. Is recommended for wood coatings, UV curing systems, epoxies and any type of industrial solvent-based systems. Is also suitable for water-borne industrial coatings and printing inks.
