Microna™ 3

Microna™ 3 by Columbia River Carbonates is a calcium carbonate based filler and extender for paints and coatings. It provides consistent high fineness of grind readings and good gloss development. Its applications include synthetic resin paints, emulsion paints, industrial paints, and primers. It complies with TSCA, DSL and CONEG. Microna™ 3 is also used as an indirect food additive in food packaging applications under 21 CFR (FDA) 174.5, 175.300, and 178.3297.
