Coadis™ 144 A

Coadis™ 144 A is a low viscosity polyacrylate ammonium salt by Coatex (Arkema Group). Acts as a hydrophilic dispersing agent designed for water-borne, solvent-free exterior and interior coating formulations. Exhibits excellent heat-age and shelf stability. Provides ideal viscosity, flow and wet adhesion across a robust range of sheens ranging from flat to high gloss. Coadis™ 144 A dispersant imparts good color development to tint bases, excellent color acceptance and reduced foaming thus providing ease of handling and processing. Compatible with both anionic HASE and non-ionic HEUR thickener technologies. Shows synergy with titanium dioxide pigment slurries dispersed hydrophilic copolymer dispersants. Suitable for primers and top coats. Typical dosage level is 0.5-1.0%. It can be used in combination with rheology modifiers within the Coatex line (COAPUR™ and RHEOTECH™). Coadis™ 144 A has a shelf life of 12 months.
