CLiQSPERSE® CG

Electroneutral salt of a polycarboxylic acid. CLiQSPERSE® CG acts as a controlled flocculant, wetting agent for non-aqueous coatings, inks and also acts synergistically with organically modified smectite clays to improve sag resistance of coating systems. It exhibits strong reduction in pigment floating and flooding in paints and inks, improves anti-settling behavior and storage stability of solvent-borne systems. Provides excellent de-lamination of the organoclay already at moderate activation shear forces. It is recommended for non-polar and mid-polar systems to improve wetting of all kind of pigments or extenders and as an activator for organoclays to produce stable, low viscous and pump-able non-aqueous pre-gels.
