Dispersogen® SP Plus

Dispersogen® SP Plus by Clariant is a low viscous, VOC/SVOC-free, APEO-free, anionic dispersing agent and stabilizer. It is designed for organosilicate paints which contain up to 10% water glass (28% active potassium silicate). It improves the viscosity profile of the formulation and thereby helps to achieve application properties comparable to those of dispersion paints. This product lowers the yield point of the paint formulation and thereby contributes to a more fluid paint appearance. It achieves good leveling and surface performance. Dispersogen® SP Plus is an ideal ingredient for biocide-free paints with ecolabel certification. It is suitable for solvent-borne and waterborne decorative paints. The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.5% in the paint formulation.
