Dispersogen® PLF 100

Dispersogen® PLF 100 by Clariant is a low-VOC, APEO/NPEO-free, solvent-free, polymeric dispersing agent for waterborne pigment concentrates. It leads to good viscosity reduction, low foaming during pigment paste fabrication, excellent color strengths and storage stabilities. It displays low leaching and reduced blocking. This biocide-free product is compatible with acrylic binder and PU. The recommended dosage for organic pigment is 8-30 wt%, carbon black is 20-70 wt% and inorganic pigment is 5-8 wt%. The shelf life of Dispersogen® PLF 100 is 2 years.
