Dispersogen® AN 100

Dispersogen® AN 100 by Clariant is low VOC (less than 1%) 3-in-1 mixture of anionic and non-ionic surfactants and polyglycols. Acts as a wetting agent, dispersing agent, humectant and compatibilizer. Reduces the drying, extends the open time, enables highest tinting yields, reduces rubout and improves the compatibility of aqueous tinting systems. It is free of alkyl phenol (AP) and alkyl phenol (AP) derivatives and contains very low content of volatile organic components. It is used in architectural low emulsion wall paints, point-of-sales colorants, in-plant tinters and as a stabilizer for pigments in aqueous dispersions. Ideal dosage of on organic pigments is 40-100% and on inorganic pigments is 10-30%. It is listed in REACH, DSL, AICS, IECSC, NECI, KECI and TSCA. Complies with ecolabels: European Ecoflower (2008/4453/EC; 2008/4452/EC), the German Blue Angel (RAL UZ 102:2010), the Scandinavian Nordic Swan (2.3 2008) and the French NF Environment (NF130:2012). Shelf life of Dispersogen® AN 100 is 2 years.
