Dispersogen® 3169

Dispersogen® 3169 by Clariant is a low VOC (less than 1%) aqueous solution of an anionic novolac derivative. Acts as a dispersing agent. Provides low viscosity, high pigment concentration, high stability in a wide temperature range and low foaming. It is a label-free brownish colored clear liquid. It is soluble in water. Suitable for inorganic pigments (recommended dosage ranging between 3 and 18%), carbon black and in particular for organic pigments (recommended dosage ranging between 12% and 50%). Dispersogen® 3169 is used in water-based and solvent-based pigment preparations, disperse dyes, low emulsion architectural wall paints and printing inks. Complies with REACH, AICS, DSL, IECSC, KECI, NECI, NZloC, PICCS and TSCA.
