Coasol® 290 Plus

Coasol® 290 Plus by Seqens is a low odor, coalescing solvent. It exhibits high boiling point, improved open time and minimal water solubility that improve portioning performance. It offers improved paint rheology & pigment wetting, excellent water resistance, low MFFT and improved color development & minimal impact on gloss. It can be incorporated easily in low shear mixing. It is used with unsaturated polyester resins or epoxy resin systems, and can be used as a low tail solvent in coil coatings. It provides improved film hardness without cracking, improved wet rub performance and improved film integrity & durability due to drying profile. It is recommended for water-based architectural paints. The shelf life of Coasol® 290 Plus is 2 years. It is classified as non-VOC under European Directive 2004/42/CE.
