Kostrosol® 2040 AS by Chemiewerk Bad Kostritz is an anionic colloidal dispersion of silica in water with a particle size of 20nm. It is used to formulate heat & corrosion resistant coatings, improvement of scratch resistance and mechanical properties to keep transparency, for fast curing systems and good green concrete strength. Kostrosol® 2040 AS is used in dyes and paints.
