Kostrosol® 1540 by Chemiewerk Bad Kostritz is an anionic colloidal dispersion of silica in water. It has a particle size of 15nm. Kostrosol® 1540 is used to formulate heat & corrosion resistant coatings, improvement of scratch resistance and mechanical properties to keep transparency, for fast curing systems and good green concrete strength.
