Chempart SC 100

Chempart SC 100 by Chemical Partners Industry is a polysaccharide resin. Used as a film former. It surrounds the dispersed water droplets impeding their attraction with each other, through steric stabilization of the water-in-oil emulsion. During water evaporation it prevents voids and pinholes from forming in the film and results in maintenance of film durability and performance. It replaces the conventional alkyd system with long term stability and voc materials with non–voc. It obtains the desired viscosity and rheology by creating emulsified alkyd resins. Chempart SC 100 is recommended for high quality alkyd paint and to produce gloss synthetic, matt synthetic and primers.
