Chartwell B-515.71W by Chartwell International is a zero-VOC, amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter. It is an aqueous solution and synthesized with a stable neutralized metal complex. Improves adhesion to all metals and to many plastics (treated PP/ PE and mylar), concrete, rubber, wood & ceramics and salt fog resistance. It reduces creep at the scribe and blistering. Chartwell B-515.71W is used for all water-borne coatings with pH 7-11, formulated with acrylic/ styrenated acrylic latex emulsions, water-borne polymer dispersions of alkyds, epoxies, urethanes & others.
