Cardolite® NX-5454

Cardolite® NX-5454 by Cardolite is phenalkamine, used as a low viscosity, solvent and benzyl alcohol free epoxy curing agent designed for coating applications. It exhibits excellent rapid cure properties even at low temperatures, water resistance, corrosion protection, good hardness, very good chemical resistance and non-critical mix ratio and adhesion on wet or otherwise unprepared surfaces and green concrete. Moreover it is ideal for applications requiring fast return to service. Recommended Use Level (EEW 190) is 70. Cardolite® NX-5454 is used in high solids or solvent free surface tolerant coating applications like protecting metal and concrete substrates, industrial maintenance, heavy duty industrial, marine service, protective and floor coatings.
