RHEOBYK® -7610

RHEOBYK®-7610 by BYK is VOC-, APEO- and tin-free associative thickener. It is designed for use in aqueous systems to generate a highly pseudoplastic flow behavior. It offers increased viscosity in low shear range while maintaining very good leveling. It can be easily handled and provides improved storage stability. It shows self-leveling and high anti-sagging properties. RHEOBYK®-7610 can be used in systems for airless-, air mix- and HVLP-applications. It can be combined with rheology additives which are effective in high shear range. It offers an optimum processability. It is especially recommended for architectural coatings. It is suitable for wood-, furniture-, protective- and industrial coatings. Its dosage level is 0.2-2% based on the total formulation. RHEOBYK® -7610 has a shelf life of 18 months.
