CERAFLOUR® 950

CERAFLOUR® 950 by BYK is a micronized modified polyethylene wax (HDPE). It offers increased scratch resistance, matting and soft feeling effect. It is recommended for solvent-borne, solvent-free and radiation-curable coatings based on polyester, polyester/epoxide, acrylate, polyurethane and epoxides. CERAFLOUR® 950 improves surface slip and abrasion resistance in solvent-free, radiation-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes. Its recommended dosage is 1-10 % for liquid coatings, 0.5-2% for powder coatings, 0.1-0.3% for printing inks and overprint varnishes.
