CERAFLOUR® 1052

CERAFLOUR® 1052 is a micronized polyethylene wax by BYK. Acts as a scratch- and abrasion resistance agent. It is a sustainable and PTFE-free grade. Recommended for solvent-borne, solvent-free and UV coating systems. Exhibits fine particle size distribution. Used for clearcoats and haze-sensitive systems. Designed for for general industrial-, wood-, furniture-, can-, coil- and architectural coatings. The recommended usage level is 0.2-5% based on the total formulation. CERAFLOUR® 1052 complies with FDA 21 CFR 174.5 regulation.
