CERAFLOUR® 1051

CERAFLOUR® 1051 by BYK is a micronized, sustainable polyethylene wax. Acts as a scratch- and abrasion resistance agent. It is a PTFE-free grade and exhibits fine particle size distribution. Suitable for solvent-borne, solvent-free and UV coating systems. Designed for clearcoats and haze-sensitive systems. Used for general industrial-, wood-, furniture-, can-, coil- and architectural coatings. The recommended usage level of CERAFLOUR® 1051 is 0.2-5% based on the total formulation. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 174.5 and REACH regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
