BYK® -UV 3576

BYK-UV 3576 by BYK is a solution of a multi-acrylic functional modified polydimethylsiloxane. Also recommended for solvent-free and aqueous coating systems. Acts as a wetting- & leveling agent. It crosslinks with radiation-curable systems and thereby produces long-lasting effects without migrating. The product is very compatible and causes no haze in the coating system. Its recoatability must be tested and surface sanding is recommended. Used in tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) based solvent-borne coating system. Particularly recommended for industrial, wood and furniture coatings. Recommended dosage for BYK-UV 3576 is 0.1–0.3% based upon total formulation.
