BYK® -1630

BYK®-1630 by BYK is APEO- & VOC-free (<1500 ppm), silicone containing, blend of paraffin-based mineral oils and hydrophobic components. It acts as a defoamer for aqueous systems, epoxy topcoats and emulsion paints. BYK®-1630 shows storage stability. It is designed for use in architectural-, floor- & general industrial coatings. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-0.5% based on the total formulation and in exceptional cases up to 0.8%.
