BYK® -011

Mixture of hydrophobic solids and foam destroying polymers. Acts as a silicone-free polymeric defoamer for aqueous systems (conventional and UV). Especially suitable as defoamer for aqueous two-component systems and prevents foam which occurs during the addition of hardeners. Defoams ultra filtrates. Suitably used for the defoaming of clear coats. Does not contain any mineral oils. Used for aqueous UV coatings and solvent-borne coatings, and for aqueous 1p and 2p-systems.
