OPTIFLO® T1000

OPTIFLO T1000 (Formerly RXL-7301) by Byk (Altana Group) is a an aqueous solution of a hydrophobically modified nonionic polymer commonly called an associative thickener. Is highly efficient at generating ICI or high shear viscosity, is VOC-free and low in solution viscosity. The use of OPTIFLO T1000 will increase film build by generating high shear viscosity with minimal impact on low shear viscosity. Recommended dosage is 1-3% of additive based upon total formulation.
