OPTIFLO® H400

Non-ionic hydrophobe modified polymer in butyldiglykol. Acts as a thickener. It provides higher layer thicknesses in one pass, reduces spatter, improves water resistance against the formation of bubbles and provides excellent flow and leveling. It be diluted with a water/butyldiglykol mixture which leads to a lower processing viscosity. It is compatible with various dispersions such as styrene acrylates, pure acrylates, polyvinyl acetates etc. and with alkyd and epoxy emulsions. Suitable for dispersion paints and aqueous lacquer systems. The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8%.
