Micronized modified polyethylene wax. Acts in improving outgassing of powder coatings applied on porous substrates. Increases the scratch resistance. Reduces the formation of pinholes, craters and bubbles. It is effective in powder coatings based on polyester/TGIC/beta-HAA/epoxy-functional glycidylesters, polyester/epoxy, polyurethane, acrylate and epoxy. The product should be mixed with the resin, hardener, pigments and other additives using a high speed mixer and extruded along with all components. As a free flowing product, it can also be post-added. It can be easily dispersed into finished powder coatings without seeding.
