BYK® -375

Solution of polyether-polyester modified hydroxy functional poly-dimethyl-siloxane. Acts as a reactive silicone surface additive. Offers improved slip, solvent and weather resistance. Exhibits improved anti-blocking properties and substrate wetting. Imparts improved flow and leveling. Provides less dirt retention. Reduces surface tension. Avoids Bénard cell formation. Displays very good compatibility. Reacts into the binder systems such as two-pack polyurethane, alkyd/melamine, polyester/melamine, acrylic/melamine and acrylate/epoxy-combinations. Used in solvent-borne, solvent-free, aqueous, and UV reactive coatings, and in topcoats containing OH-groups.
