BYK® -3560

BYK® -3560 by BYK is a silicone- and fluorine-free polyether macromer-modified polyacrylate. Acts as a surface modifier. Increases surface energy and polarity of cured coatings. Improves adhesion of subsequent layers of paints and inks. Provides better wetting of cured coating and very good leveling of subsequent layers. It does not influence surface tension of liquid coating and retains high transparency of clear coats. It can be used in aqueous, solvent-borne, UV-curable, and high solid systems. Recommended for wood and furniture coatings. Recommended for can, coil, automotive and industrial coatings. Complies with REACH (EC Regulation 1907/2006). BYK® -3560 has a shelf life of 36 months.
