BYK® -1615

BYK® -1615 by BYK is an emulsion of foam destroying polysiloxane, hydrophobic solid and emulsifying agent. Acts as a defoamer for aqueous systems. Used in emulsion paints/ exterior wall paints, gloss/semi-gloss paints. Recommended for highly filled emulsion paints with PVC of 60-85. BYK® -1615 is effective in coating colors with high solid content (55-69%). BYK® -1615 is food contact approved and complies with REACH. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
