AQUACER® 1013

AQUACER® 1013 by BYK is a VOC-free, non-ionic, oxidized HDPE-based wax emulsion. Offers resistance to scrub, scuff, scratch, water, alcohol & black heel. Exhibits improved surface protection, good polishability and dirt-repellent effect. Shows compatibility with polymer dispersions, resin solutions, plasticizers, film-forming agents and surfactants. AQUACER® 1013 is recommended for aqueous coatings, printing inks, overprint varnishes, architectural coatings and wood coatings. Used in self-polishing floor care products for hard floor surfaces such as stone, granite, marble, and soft floors such as parquet, PVC, linoleum & rubber. Complies with REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. The recommended level is 1-6% or upto 8% for liquid coatings and 3-14% for printing inks.
