Calcined aluminum silicate. Acts as a filler. Exhibits very good GE brightness, excellent extension of TiO2, whiteness, touchup, and tint strength. Used in water-based as well as solvent-based flat or low sheen interior/exterior trade sales paints and alkyd coatings applications by reducing the amount of titanium dioxide and lowering raw material costs while maintaining opacity, whiteness, and tint strength. Suitable for paper coatings.
