BRB Siloen® SMA 283

BRB Siloen® SMA 283 by BRB International BV is a re-coatable, polyether modified siloxane-based slip and mar resistance agent. Improves substrate wetting and leveling. Offers good smoothness, scratch resistance as well as anti-blocking and anti-crater effects. Designed for solvent- & water-based and radiation curable coatings. It is recommended to be added during the let-down stage in 0.05-2 % concentration for wood & furniture, industrial and decorative coatings. BRB Siloen® SMA 283 is also used in water-borne overprint varnishes and printing inks at 0.05-1 % dosage level.
